Johannes Grenzfurthner (Saskatoon Fanatastic Alumni and Director of MASKING THRESHOLD) delivers a consistently edgy exploration of the Austrian psyche in a stream-of-consciousness style that’s both clever and delightfully absurd. The director takes us into musty, damp basements where the grime of history flows freely into today. The outcome is a film that’s as visionary as it is downright bizarre.
