Following the misadventures of religious homemaker Bernie Christian and his ’90s sitcom family, KRAZY HOUSE quickly ups the kraziness when a Russian father and his two teenage sons show up to do unplanned construction and are soon exposed as wanted criminals. While his consciousness alternates between stereotypical sitcom stylings and a completely deranged home invasion horror show, Bernie must do everything he can to save his family from corruption, prevent the destruction of their house, and make it through this bizarre situation with his sanity intact.
Reminiscent of 2014’s viral sensation TOO MANY COOKS, but decidedly more blasphemous, KRAZY HOUSE is an unapologetically offensive fever dream from Dutch duo Steffen Haars and Flip van der Kuil. With full-tilt, bonkers performances from Nick Frost (SHAUN OF THE DEAD), Alicia Silverstone (CLUELESS), and the rest of the ensemble cast, KRAZY HOUSE is an outrageously funny, wonderfully unhinged, gleefully gory, and absolutely rad-as-hell midnight movie.
