A Little Bit of Everything
Forget about winter by coming to "A Little Bit of Everything"! There will be a bit of this and a bit of that, and it will all add up to a great evening of music performed by the Saskatoon Concert Band. We are especially pleased to have Oleksandr Samarin, from Ukraine, as our trombone soloist. He is an outstanding musician and instrumentalist, whose performance will entertain and delight you.
Oleksandr will perform Bolivar, and the Blue Bells of Scotland, both of which demand the utmost skill and musicianship. The repertoire for the evening will include the Overture to the Magic Flute by Mozart, Sinfonia Nobilissima by Robert Jager, Broadway Curtain Time, a couple of marches, and a bit of opera.
