Many factors contribute to how and why mainstream media doesn’t tell stories about Indigenous people fairly. The main factor being lack of information and education about Indigenous people. How does mainstream media portray Indigenous people in the media and has it improved in the past three decades? The overall subject of the larger overall documentary is how mainstream media portrays Indigenous people in Canada.

Michif Land - Based Knowledge
A short film highlighting Indigenous beadwork, prairie landscapes and relationship to the land. Synopsis: Weaving shots of historical and contemporary Métis beadwork with intricate flashes of prairie landscape, and native plants this film explores relationship to the land through a place-based tactile knowledge. Featuring beadwork from Lor Brand and Jennine Krauchi this knowledge is shared throughout the film.
Entropy
The vast Greenlandic ice sheet has been created over thousands of years but today climate change is threatening the close and sacred connection between the land molded by ice and the Inuit who live there. Told from an Indigenous perspective the film celebrates Greenlandic mythology as much as it laments the nature we are all losing.
Sally has a Posse
"Sally" is a collective that brings many creative youth together on the San Carlos Apache Reservation in what is now considered Arizona. The film follows Gio and other indigenous creators asking what it means to dream in the desert. Following the death of one of Sally's founders, Gio comes to terms with how their movement has explored their collective identity in skateboarding, tattoos, heavy metal music, and clothing design.
