Doors at 9PM. Show at 10PM.
Since 2015, Saskatoon’s The Radiation Flowers have been constructing expansive arrangements, taking minimal chords to maximal effect. Mesmerizing, like the colourful floating globs of a lava lamp, their blend of shoegaze, spacey psych-rock, and 90s fuzz reaches into the cosmic frequencies of Spacemen 3, Disintegration-era Cure, and the drowned-in-sound aspirations of The Jesus and Mary Chain. It’s the sound of a cosmic rocket, and it’s ready for liftoff.
A creepy raucous rock n roll group with enough drums to get your feet moving like you're swimming through hellfire. "BIG EVIL RAT's tunes are scrappy, jangly and energetic rock 'n' roll at its finest. If there was music to get Mr. Burns twisting and shouting, it might just be the north Alberta six-piece BIG EVIL RAT. Garage rock to soften even the most twisted of old crotchety souls, there are enough elements of raucous punk for folks of any age to bop around to. More like Big Fun Rat." -Sled Island
Canadian trio P.P. Cauldron conjures sprawling, psychedelic epics that crash somewhere between post-punk chaos and astral drift. Born from a love of increasingly complex soundscapes—and a fierce need to rip them apart—their music hits like a thunderstorm in slow motion: raw, heady, and hypnotic. Fueled by the spirit of ex-hippies gone rogue, P.P. Cauldron’s sound will make you feel like you’re orbiting a dark star, all at once violently alive and weightlessly calm. Emerges from within, it’s P.P. Cauldron…
P.P. Cauldron was formed in Saskatoon in 2023 by Matthew McLaughlin (drums), Dylan Buzit (guitar/vocals), and Maxwell Raeburn Warner (bass).
