BAGWORM is a gritty, uncomfortable, indie horror that premiered at SXSW 2026. Carroll a socially awkward and misanthropic hammer salesman whose already fragile life begins a rapid downward spiral after he steps on a large, rusty nail in his garden. Rather than seeking medical help, Carroll neglects the wound, leading to a gruesome infection that mirrors his mental disintegration following a painful breakup.
