Psychological horror thriller

Directed by: Corrin Evans
Written by: Corrin Evans and Lily Cowles
Starring: Jeff Wahlberg, Brodie Townsend and Lily Cowles
Corpus, the feature debut from Corrin Evans, is a moody, slow-burn erotic thriller with a queer story. Co-written by producer and star Lily Cowles, the film follows a photographer entangled with artists at an upstate estate. Evans uses their background as an intimacy coordinator to handle raw relationship dynamics. While the film moves at a deliberate crawl, the pace sets up a shift into horror. Dropping the drama framework makes the payoff rewarding for genre fans.
